TechQuest Broadband was launched in March 2007 to accelerate the deployment of advanced broadband networks across Pennsylvania. By combining the purchasing power of large and small organizations, buyers of telecommunications services can secure better services for lower prices. It's called demand aggregation and it works. Last year TechQuest-Broadband helped organizations secure $2.1 million in advanced broadband contracts. TechQuest-Broadband actively seeks state, federal, corporate and foundation grants to leverage its projects and services. For the past two years, we have received strong grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. (PA-DCED). TechQuest-Broadband is passionately led by the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Group and the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania.
